Have I mentioned I love Ft DeSoto? If you haven’t been there….go! The last six months I’ve been doing portrait sessions there almost weekly, yet, I never tire of the spot and I’m still finding new places to explore. It’s so versatile with the fort, ruins in the water, rocks, docks, foliage and beautiful ocean. I also love that it’s not overly crowded, totally unique, and I’m a little convinced the sunsets are more vivid at that beach than the others in the area. It’s my favorite spot! Not just for pictures but for exploring and beach sitting!
I met Emily and her mom there one evening for Emily’s senior portraits. She’s about to graduate from the University of Tampa, my alumni too, and her mom wanted some graduation portraits done. Emily was so beautiful and natural in front of the camera! She was so smiley and happy and I think her completely fun personality shines through in each picture.
