The graphic designer at a doctor’s office contacted me about taking headshots of their doctors, 9 in all but only 7 were there that day. We did a variety of shots including with labcoats and without, with stethoscopes and without, sitting, standing, looking through microscopes, holding charts, and typing at their computers. It was enjoyable to do something other than the family portraits I typically do. They have three locations so we drove around to different locations to take these pictures.
The graphic designer wanted to do most of the retouching herself so I just edited one of each doctor. They use these for advertising and I hear they’re going to end up on the side of a bus one day. That would be fun to see one of my photographs on the side of a bus as I’m driving around town!
