One of the more exciting moments of my photography career happened recently – headshots for Lavonte David, an NFL linebacker, who plays for our Tampa Bay Bucs. We actually did a lot more than head shots.  His PR manager needed a variety of stock photos for magazines, pitches, online publications or press kits so we did full body, 3/4 body shots, headshots, dressy, casual, serious, friendly, trendy…the whole gamut.

We met by Curtis Hixon Park in downtown Tampa. I love the light there! His girlfriend and my assistant (who is also my sister) came along we all had a great time chatting and photographing. It was a really great experience! He told me about three times at the end, “I sure hope our paths cross again.”  I thought that was really kind.

Thankfully they have given me lots of positive feedback since the shoot and have already used several of the images. I’m so happy they loved them, and so grateful they found my work online and contacted me!
