Events are so fun to photograph!  So much to capture – all the thoughtful details, the various friend and family groupings, and life as it unfolds.

I was thrilled when a Tampa mom contacted me about photographing her son’s first birthday party.  Their home is just off Bayshore drive in Downtown Tampa and it was amazing (it’s famous on Houzz).  The family was so happy and relaxed.  And the little guy…..so cute!!!  It was all perfect!

The mom said her most important pictures were of the cake smash.  The little guy was slow getting started but with a little encouragement from mom he got messy and we were able to get some adorable cake smash pictures!

They conveniently had an outdoor shower so the family cleaned him up quickly and easily.

It was such a fun first birthday party!
