This wedding day was filled with laughter and love, happiness and hugs, and lots of beautiful people and decor!
Monica and Brian were inspired by the facade at the Clubhouse at Wentworth Golf Club in Tarpon Springs, FL. That building is so charming on it’s own, but with Monica’s vision of farmhouse tables, tons of candles, and mint-colored eucalyptus garlands it was really a stunning site! She wanted something simple, classic and timeless. Mission accomplished!!! That venue is really a blank slate and allows you to take the event design in any direction.
I asked Monica what the best part of her day was and she said, “The best part of the day for me was definitely walking with our daughter down the aisle and seeing Brian at the other end. But all together, I loved how much love and laughter filled the room during the reception.”
My favorite thing about this wedding was how happy and relaxed and couple and family were. So many brides and grooms are filled with anxiety and stress. Monica and Brian seemed calm and really had a blast all day long. All their smiles were genuine and heartfelt. Brian was one of the happiest grooms I’ve ever photographed! He had a permanent grin all day and it was so fun to photograph a relaxed, happy couple! I also loved all the little kids – 6 flower girls and two ring bearers! It was darling. The couple also had a large bus that they used for transportation and that made things simple, fun, and safe!
It was a perfect wedding!
After the ceremony we did family formal pictures at the church and then couple portraits and bridal party portraits at Wentworth Golf Club.
We made it for the tail end of cocktail hour. The view was beautiful – looking out over the greens as the sun set.
And then the fun began with an awesome reception and sweet first dance!
